Shopping Vouchers.....

stress me out.  I loathe them.  I hang onto them for months and a year.  Unfortunately there is an expiry date, so however much I hate these I just have to "spend" them.  I have collected over £100 worth.  Some from family and some from other sources. 

I visit the stores and the clothes are so expensive....I just cannot bear spending so much money on one garment.  So I come away and go home so unhappy that I could not find anything.  I am just not thinking, I don't have to spend money...... I have Vouchers.....

I hate shopping for clothes and I hate trying clothes on in the shops.  Those cubicles are so small, and you huff and puff to take off your clothes wondering where to put them to keep them off the floor. 

It is maddening when you manage to put the garment on and look in the mirror and you look awful.  You wonder where that slim figure you had only a few years ago has gone and now you are all saggy in the wrong places.  You are trying to squeeze into a Size 16 when you really are a Size 20.  

No if I find something eventually, I will bring it home and try on.  If it doesn't fit, I can always go on the bus to town with my bus pass and exchange it.  It really doesn't matter how many times I return. 

I did this once a couple years ago - four times!!!  The first time I did not get the waist size right, then the last couple times it took me more time to get the trouser length right.  Eventually I managed to get the right size......then I lost weight and now I can't wear them as they are too big!

Aaah well I guess I better try and spend these Vouchers next week, then I wouldn't have to worry about them any more..........
