Oh dear I added the milk before I took the picture and my breakfast does not look appetising at all! Too late I won't be having another breakfast til tomorrow so this will have to do!
At least it is a healthy breakfast. Organic puff rice, goats milk, two spoonful of flaxseed, a spoonful of organic live yoghut and a spoonful of honey. Usually have a banana too, but I have already eaten my two bunches this week! It looks soggy, cos I like a 50/50 milk/hotwater, hence why I wanted to photograph before I added the liquid.
Now that I have eaten - I think I will get started on clearing the loft as there are some photos in there I want to use for Tuesday's photo challenge and probably find lots of things I haven't used for years so why keep it. It can all go!
