Today is when I go to a Art Drop In Centre. This is a very informal group of Artists, Amateurs and those who like to draw and paint (not sure what category this fits into but the latter is where I fit in)!
A bus ride away and then a leisurely walk through the graveyard of the Church. Now I was thinking about the blog, but I got so distracted seeing all the gravestones, the beautifully cut lawn and the long grass in other places with a well defined path to the Church,I forgot to take some pictures.
Today I wasn't prepared - just grabbed some pencils and a sketch pad and an old photograph of a wedding group to copy. Now don't laugh - I already said I "like to draw and paint", what I didn't say is I can't draw and paint. But then practice makes perfect....I guess.
......and then I decided to draw the guys opposite and on the other side of the room.....
Another fun afternoon.....
