Photo a Day Challenge - Open

I am not very imaginative today - I am trying not to get stressed and thinking about what to present as a photo for todays subject.  So I decided to look back on some of the photos I have on the computer and found one of our dog.  She has her eyes open.

She is 9 years old this year - that is 63 years in human years.  A few grey whiskers around the muzzle and the top of her forehead, a bit of arthritis in her back leg, but still alert.  She is a Tom Jones fan.  Loves his music, she would be sitting in her bed listening to a CD and the next minute her head has drooped and gradually she slides down and falls asleep.
